    • The seal tag must remain intact.
    • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Please return the product within 3 days of delivery.
  • If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please upload an unboxing video. We will provide a replacement or exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product.

4. Exemptions

5. Processing Returns/Exchanges
